hbaji Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hbaji ("hbaji", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the hbaji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using hbaji immediately. hbaji reserves the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and result in immediate closure of all associated accounts. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. hbaji may request documents to verify the information you provide at any time.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. hbaji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• You must notify hbaji at [email protected] immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or if your login details have been compromised in any way.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your account is for your personal use only and must not be transferred to, used by, or made available to any other person under any circumstances.
• hbaji reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. You will be notified via your registered email address before any dormancy action is taken.

All games on hbaji are operated by accredited third-party providers. Each game is governed by its own rules and RTP parameters as set by the provider. hbaji does not alter game outcomes. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. The following conditions apply to all gameplay:

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result shown on your device and the result recorded on hbaji's servers, the server-side result shall prevail. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• Sports betting markets are subject to individual event rules. hbaji reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where the integrity of the event is called into question by the relevant sporting authority.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant studio operator. Where a live game round is interrupted due to connectivity issues on the player's side, hbaji accepts no liability for the interruption. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during live sessions.
• hbaji reserves the right to declare a bet void where there is evidence of a system error, data feed error, or where odds or game parameters were published in error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

hbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible within your account at any time and include:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period. hbaji encourages all players to take regular breaks and treat gaming as entertainment within a pre-set budget.
• Self-exclusion: request a temporary or permanent exclusion from hbaji. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbaji, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the hbaji platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising under contract, tort, or otherwise.

hbaji does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events beyond hbaji's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. hbaji's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of hbaji shall first be referred to hbaji's customer support team at [email protected] for resolution. hbaji will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a timely and fair manner. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels available under applicable law.
